Founder
Frank Gutierrez
Frank founded Orbit in 2013 with a goal and passion to help create better sustainable environments. As president of Orbit, Frank is responsible for organizational growth and developing key partnerships with the world’s leading EHS software solutions.
Frank has been serving the IT industry since 1991, and since 2000, he has been focused on leading companies and professional services organizations in the implementation of EHS solutions for various companies and industries across the globe.

Lilya Ouksel
Lilya has a background in environmental and geotechnical engineering, consulting, and research. She has extensive experience in EHS software requirements translation, configuration, data management, process and technical documentation, reporting and training. She has substantial knowledge of air quality and greenhouse gas reporting requirements and applications, as well as OSHA and environmental regulations.
Lilya has managed consulting teams in implementing Enablon Software in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and food and beverage industries.
